Don’t mind the mess, I want to make this a nice cozy place. We’re looking to replace the lighting fixture above the dining table as well as the dining table. I want to add curtains and a rug. I think I’ll also get a nice table cloth cause I hate the table.
Here are my questions..
1. Do I put curtains on both windows in the dining area, or just the larger one?
2. What kind of rug should I do? I want one that will eventually also match our next dining table. I want our next dining table to be a solid wood, a nice rich color.
3. ART, do I center artwork with the wall? The dining table will be off centred, because the lighting fixture. I want the dining to be right under the lighting fixture.
I just don’t know how to make this space nice. I think once my kids are older and I get rid of all the extra kid stuff I’ll be able to visualize things better.
