Something feels off to me about the bedrooms, and I'd love some input before finalizing the design.
For example, in the current layout, one of the beds is positioned in the center of the room. This means there isn't really a proper headboard against a wall, which also creates practical issues with bedside tables, outlets, etc.
My concern is that although a freestanding bed can sometimes create a luxurious hotel-like feeling, in this particular layout I'm worried it actually makes the bedroom feel less elegant and less functional.
I'm considering repositioning the bed against a wall, but I'm not sure whether that would be the best solution given the overall layout.
What would you change about this bedroom / first-floor layout if this were your project?
