Like the tittle says, how can everyone be so good at this fking game? This is ELO hell!

I'm very beginner, I've only recently started playing the game and started with YTB Videos and starting some books that I've found within this sub.

And then I go to Play at the 100 elo, is a nightmare, everyone is so good, I've only managed to reach 160ish then to drop to 130ish again, What the hell is CHESS GAMING?!
