This person first asks to offer free option in app with ads, even though app already has free option without ads.
Then edits and goes on to explain why they wont need to pay if there were ads in the app.
They wrote this even though app has free option, so makes me question if reviewers like this are bad actors who know what they are doing an actively causing harm through review. Who in their right minds want to watch ads?
In my experience, a genuine customer (even when they are dissatisfied) writes to support email to get help instead of taking time out of their precious life to write a bad review.
Google hasn't removed it even after flagging, has this happened to you, how did you handle it?
