Eugene Horsch, 44, is that possible sicko scion.
He is currently the focus of a heart-pounding homicide probe into the whereabouts of at least seven missing Philadelphia women. Poor, vulnerable and connected to carnage.
‘This guy’s a serial killer’
Now, cops fear they have barely scratched the surface.
While his lawyer pooh-poohed the very idea that Horsch was a multiple murderer, former FBI agent J.J. Klaver told Newsweek that Horsch appears to be the serial killer from central casting.
“Obviously, this guy’s a serial killer,” Klaver alleged, adding that Horsch appeared to have extensively documented many of his alleged victims. “In this day and age, everybody’s recording everything, but I think even today most people are not recording murders. But it appears this guy was.”
On Wednesday, cops in the City of Brotherly Love announced they had recovered vile photos and videos from the Horsch household showing five women unconscious — or dead. Two other missing women have also been connected to the filthy row house.
Horsch’s legal team called the disturbing photos and videos “staged.”
Now, investigators are asking: Did Horsch get his allegedly lurid tastes from his father, Raymond “R.C.” Horsch, 82, who lived in the hell hovel for decades prior to pegging out in 2025? Klaver thinks so, calling the perverted patriarch a prominent purveyor of porn.
‘They don’t have any bodies’
“I don’t want to say he’s following in his father’s footsteps, but he appears to be taking it one step further and documenting his actual murders,” Klaver alleged.
“I would think that within the Philadelphia police, the investigators are treating this as a serial killer; they’re just not saying it publicly. Because one of the challenges they have is they don’t have any bodies.”
Now, cops are tearing up the inside and outside of the Horsch home on Chew Ave. in the Olney area of Philly. Klaver said that when all is said and done, there will be more dead and missing women.
Cops believe that Horsch lured the women to the dilapidated row house with promises of drugs and money.
‘Something happened to her in that house’
One of the suspected victims, Amy McHale, was oddly married to Horsch’s porn impresario father. She vanished in 2016.
“Something happened to her in that house,” her mother, Gloria McHale, told reporters, adding that the elder Horsch was “kind of a strange dude” who “considered himself an artist, but he was really like a porn king. He made pornographic videos. He liked to pick up girls who had drug problems, and he liked to take pictures of them shooting up heroin.”
The suspected serial killer was pinched in June when a U.S. Park Ranger overheard Horsch and his girlfriend arguing as they sat in a parked car near Independence Hall. The ranger intervened when he heard the woman plead: “You’re going to hurt me.”
Horsch was busted carrying a bogus Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) badge, a switchblade and two guns with “obliterated serial numbers.” His girlfriend was nabbed carrying the stolen ID of Blair Tonzelli, who vanished in 2023.
For homicide detectives, the task ahead is daunting: They will need to scour more than one million photos, videos and other pieces of evidence.
Klaver, the ex-FBI guy, suspects that junior is on some kid of Quixotic moral crusade and he is punishing the sinners. In his mind, Klaver said, Horsch “thinks he’s doing society a favour.”
