MANILA, Philippines – The Isabela State University (ISU) – Echague reminded its constituents that vaping inside the campus is strictly prohibited. “Violations of this policy are classified as major offenses and may result in disciplinary actions as outlined in the University Student Manual,” the Office of Student Affairs and Services said.
