MANILA, Philippines — Overcast skies and rain are forecast over the western parts of Mindanao on Monday due to the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ), the state weather bureau said. According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), the ITCZ is expected to affect the area until Wednesday.
