Two Godzilla-style Jason Statham films and more fresh releases are arriving on Hulu this week.

A sci-fi marathon is coming to Hulu on November 1 with The Meg and Meg 2: The Trench. In the 2018 film, a team recruits expert deep-sea diver Jonas Taylor, played by Jason Statham, to rescue a research crew stranded deep in the Mariana Trench. During the mission, the crew inadvertently releases a massive 75-foot prehistoric Megalodon that makes its way to open waters.

Meg 2: The Trench is the second film in The Meg sci-fi action franchise. It follows rescue diver Jonas Taylor and oceanographer Jiuming Zhang, portrayed by Wu Jing, as they lead an expedition into the Mariana Trench. During their dive, they uncover an illegal deep-sea mining operation that has broken through the thermocline.

For fashion enthusiasts, this week’s Hulu releases include The Devil Wears Prada. Dropping on the same day, the 2006 comedy-drama stars Anne Hathaway as Andy Sachs. She is an aspiring journalist who lands a job as a junior assistant at the prestigious fashion magazine Runway. She works under the formidable editor-in-chief Miranda Priestly, played by Meryl Streep.

Meanwhile, fantasy lovers can look forward to The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, also coming to Hulu on November 1. In the 2010 film, a painting pulls Edmund and Lucy Pevensie, along with their cousin Eustace, onto King Caspian’s ship.
