I have been in the interior design industry for 4 years and graduated with my BFA in interior design. Throughout school I used revit and my first job at an architecture firm drew in revit as well. I now work for a small interiors firm and while we have a separate architectural draftsman, I would like to be able to help with drawings. They work in autocad. I’m wondering if anyone has any online resources for learning cad? I know my college program taught revit because it was “easier to learn cad than revit” and it’s how they saw the industry going, but most smaller residential firms seem to still use cad. I’d love to develop my skills and get a deeper knowledge of the program. Please let me know your accommodations!
