After a two-year sales journey, Linda Evangelista has sold her luxurious West Chelsea penthouse for $6.75 million. Originally priced at $9.45 million, the listing underwent several adjustments before finding a buyer. The penthouse is noted for its expansive layout and a sizable terrace, with celebrity appeal enhanced by Keanu Reeves' previous rental. Evangelista has since moved to a new apartment nearby, staying within New York's vibrant real estate scene.
