MANILA, Philippines — The Luzon and Visayas Electric Cooperatives Aggregation (LVECA) has sealed power agreements with the country’s top energy firms for a 15-year baseload supply, according to the National Electrification Administration (NEA). The NEA said the LVECA comprises 29 on-grid electric cooperatives: 19 from Luzon and 10 from the Visayas.
