CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — Oriental Mindoro National High School (OMNHS), Mindoro Island’s largest public high school, is securing water sources and promoting conservation to ensure uninterrupted supply for more than 6,000 learners amid the possible effects of El Niño.
