Most cosmopolitan: Mijas new homes pull in 30 nationalities as Spanish buyers go elsewhere

Buyers from 30 countries have reserved new homes in Mijas during 2025 and 2026, according to Taylor Wimpey España, leaving Spanish clients with only 7 per cent of the deals in two schemes at La Cala Golf Resort. Reservations on new homes at Solana Village and The Meadows put Mijas as by far the most international destination in a three-way comparison with Palma and La Manga.
