Does it still count as movie night if I spend more time choosing than watching?

Spoiler… No. That's why I appreciate movie recommendations so much. Just give me a title and tell me why you think I'd like it. Please. Having something in mind before I open Netflix makes the whole thing easier. I can go straight to the movie instead of scrolling for three hours while I consider every movie that appears and end up choosing none.

Who doesn't love the idea of ending a long day with a good movie? I've finished working or studying, I'm finally sitting down, and I want to enjoy a story. Sometimes I'd rather read something; other times I want to watch a movie. The only real problem is that I'm also tired. When I manage to choose something, I fall asleep after the first half hour. I promise I was interested. The opening scenes had my full attention. After that, I can't make any promises.

Let's be honest. With so many movies available to watch, the choosing part doesn't help. I can spend an absurd amount of time browsing Netflix, reading descriptions, and trying to decide what I'm in the mood for. Most of the times I don't know my mood! Something looks interesting, but I keep looking in case there's something I'd enjoy more. So come on, you cinephiles, tell me your movie recommendations in the comments.
