NASC, PIND sign two-year partnership on expanding access to certified seeds

The National Agricultural Seed Council (NASC) and the Foundation for Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta (PIND) have signed a two-year partnership to expand access to certified seeds, strengthen quality assurance and support investment in Nigeria’s domestic seed industry.
