A married couple bought a new home with no fence. After talking to the HOA about installing one, their new neighbors demand that they pay half the cost of the fence separating both backyards, built months ago before they even bought the property, based on current material prices. To make things even more complicated, the HOA requires the couple to share the existing fence and won't allow them to build another one alongside it.
