How would you react if two strangers suddenly used your backyard as their private dog park?
Everyone who rents a property knows some things won't always go as expected. Some people have problems with the house from the moment they step inside, while others have to endure a difficult landlord who somehow makes tenants' lives very complicated. In this story? Well… many things happened. First, imagine your landlord deciding to rent out a space in the house you live in. It could be an extra room, the garage, but in the worst case: your backyard as a private dog park for people to hang out with their pets.
That's exactly what happened with this tenant in Oregon, who came home to find two people who wanted access to his backyard because they had rented it for an hour to play with their Golden Retriever. The landlord admitted what he did, but instead of apologizing, he said he was entitled to do so because he owns the whole property. Yes, I know… I'd be speechless, honestly. And I couldn't imagine having people use (and destroy) my backyard and get no money in return.
