Malacañang on Wednesday rejected the claim that President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. betrayed his cousin, former speaker and Leyte 1st District Representative Martin Romualdez, following the latter's arrest on plunder charges over the flood control corruption scandal.
