The Bicep Heart Trend is a TikTok and Reels thirst trap trend where participants flex their bicep in front of the camera, extend their fingers towards their forearm, then place their free hand, in a "C" shape, into the gap between the flexed arm's fingertips and forearm, making the shape of a heart.
The trend first appeared online in late October 2026 and was popularized in early November.
