The owners of a pet crematorium involved in the controversial dumping of pet remains in San Jose Del Monte (SJDM), Bulacan have surfaced, admitting that they enlisted the help of bystanders or “tambays” to bury the dead pets -- only to find out that the animal cadavers were thrown out at several dumping sites.
