LIGAO CITY — Barangay Matacon in Polangui, Albay, has been selected as the site of the second Philippine Science High School (PSHS) campus in the Bicol Region. In a Nov. 6 letter to Albay Rep. Raymond Adrian Salceda, PSHS System executive director Ronnalee Orteza said the site was chosen following an inspection and evaluation of two proposed properties.
