A very popular WWE TV show has made a shocking move, joining a controversial streaming service. The show has aired on YouTube since the beginning of 2025.
It has been announced that WWE’s Main Event will move to the Rumble streaming platform, starting October 14, 2026, every Wednesday at 8 pm ET/5 pm PT, reports Variety.
Main Event’s episodes will be available on Rumble.com/WWE, alongside other connected mobile and TV apps as part of the platform’s sports lineup. The show features WWE stars from its Raw, SmackDown, and NXT brands.
“Serving a digital-first audience is a core focus for WWE, and Rumble has built an accessible platform that is committed to delivering premium sports and entertainment programming,” said Alex Varga, executive vice president at WWE.

It has become a go-to option for public figures who have been banned on other streaming services. Also, the platform is commonly associated with creators who are from the right-wing.
What makes it even more controversial is an official description by Rumble founder and chief executive officer Chris Pavlovski. Previously, he said the streaming service “is designed to be the rails and independent infrastructure that is immune to cancel culture.”
Pavlovski added, “We are a movement that does not stifle, censor, or punish creativity and believe everyone benefits from access to a neutral network with diverse ideas and opinions. We are on a mission to restore the internet to its roots by making it free and open once again.”
Rumble is primarily known as a creating platform for some of the most problematic celebrities and internet personalities, including Russell Brand, Andrew Tate, conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, and former mayor of New York City, Rudy Giuliani, among others, according to a report from The Guardian. Donald Trump also joined the service in 2021 after being banned or suspended from several major social media platforms.
