MANILA, Philippines — The ballots in 36 out of 68 precincts in Maluso, Basilan have been determined by the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to have already been preshaded for the first Bangsamoro Parliamentary elections. The announcement was made by Comelec Chairperson George Erwin Garcia at the start of the early voting hours on Monday.
