Preferred MoR for processing subscriptions? Google Play Store

Hello all, I am to be based in a country which is not eligible for Google Play merchant registration (but does support Developer registration), so I am looking at other options for a merchant of record to process app subscription payments (Stripe+foreign entity is ruled out). I was wondering if any of you have suggestions on favourable platforms to process web-based subscriptions for a mobile app on the Google Play Store. I hear Lemon Squeezy and Paddle mentioned the most, any thoughts? Thanks all in advance
