Hey everyone. Whenever I play 10-minute rapid, I get super stressed, rush my moves, and end up making simple 1-move blunders. Because of this, I recently started playing more Daily games and Vote Chess where I can actually think, analyze the board, and discuss without a ticking clock.

Do you think playing without time pressure is a good way to improve at the beginner level, or will it hurt my rapid rating in the long run? Any advice on how to get over this clock anxiety?
