This comes with Florentino Pérez and co. having seen years of diligent work in securing sell-on clauses, percentages and more pay off in spectacular fashion.
To this point in the window, through a combination of new sales and previous clauses, Real have secured major fees for the likes of Nico Paz, Gonzalo García, Víctor Muñoz and Mario Gila.

Chema Andrés, sold to Bundesliga outfit Stuttgart on a permanent basis last summer, is understood to be on the verge of a deadline day move to England with Brighton & Hove Albion.
Having included a 50% sell-on clause as part of the terms of their deal with Stuttgart, Real Madrid are in turn primed for an €11.5 million cut of the fee.
