Your first-generation Honda NSX project just got a whole lot easier...if you live in the United States of America. The Honda Heritage Parts program has officially begun offering reproduction parts for the maiden NSX, produced between 1991 and 2005.
According to the Japanese carmaker, over 3,000 components are now available for the famed NSX. Interested buyers can visit an official Acura dealership or the official Honda DreamShop website to purchase what they need.

There is arguably no better way to kick off the Honda Heritage Parts program than with the NSX, but the brand says that an expansion is imminent. Might we consider the fourth-generation Prelude, Honda? Just a suggestion.

“Honda Heritage Parts was created to help our customers enjoy their classic Acura and Honda performance models, and it’s appropriate that we begin with an iconic model like the first-generation Acura NSX,” said Mamadou Diallo, executive vice president at American Honda Motor.

“By supporting our customers in preserving the legacy of the NSX, we're celebrating our shared passion for these iconic sports cars and keeping them on the road for today's enthusiasts and future generations.”
The new initiative is part of the larger Honda Heritage Works project. While parts and components are distributed in America, back in Honda’s home of Tochigi, Japan, a restoration shop will bring vintage models back to life. And yes, the shop will also be starting with the first-generation NSX.
