This 1929 Ford Model A pickup was previously used as an advertising vehicle for the Whittier Citrus Association in California prior to being purchased by the seller in 2025. The pickup is powered by a 201ci L-head inline-four that has been fitted with a Riley overhead-valve conversion, a Winfield carburetor, and a 12-volt electrical system. Additional equipment includes wood-slat bed flooring, wood bed-side rails, black vinyl upholstery, a three-speed manual transmission, straw-color 21″ wire wheels, hydraulic brakes, a side-mounted covered spare tire, and dual side mirrors. This Model A is now offered with a clean California title in the seller’s name.

The seller estimates that the body was refinished in green with black fenders and running boards around 2023. Painted Whittier Citrus Association graphics are present on the doors, and the truck also has yellow pinstriping and tailgate lettering. Additional equipment includes a tilt-out windshield, cowl lamps, a windshield visor, dual side mirrors, a wood-slat bed floor, and wood side stakes.

Straw-color 21″ wire wheels are fitted with chrome trim rings and are mounted with a mix of Goodyear and Riverside tires, and a matching spare is secured to the left-front fender under a Ford-branded cover. Stopping power is provided by hydraulic four-wheel drum brakes.

The cabin features a bench seat upholstered in black vinyl. Interior appointments include a map light, a horn, aftermarket cupholders, and a green marbled shift knob. The four-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of an ammeter, a speedometer, and a fuel-level gauge, while an oil pressure gauge has been added beneath. The five-digit odometer is zeroed and does not work. True mileage is unknown.

The 201ci L-head inline-four has been retrofitted with a Riley overhead valve conversion kit that the seller notes requires manual oiling every 100-150 miles. Induction is through a Winfield downdraft carburetor, and a 12-volt electrical system conversion has been performed and includes the addition of an alternator.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a sliding-gear three-speed manual transmission. A quick-change differential cover has been added.
