Relive Marty McFly's time traveling adventures in glorious ultra high definition. Ahead of Black Friday, Amazon is offering the Back to the Future Trilogy: 40th Anniversary Edition in remastered 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray for just $29.99 after a 47% off instant discount. That's the best price I've seen this year. Even if you already own it on Blu-ray, the 40th Anniversary Edition is still worth it because the 4K remaster is widely praised for its significantly upgraded visual fidelity.
Back to the Future Trilogy: 40th Anniversary Edition for $29.99The 40th Anniversary Edition is an all-encompassing set that includes everything Back to the Future related across eight discs. This is the most comprehensive, definitive Back to the Future set you can get. All three movies are included as both physical 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray discs. Two extra discs contain over nine hours of bonus features including a 6-part documentary, deleted scenes, actor interviews, music videos, a short film, and more.
There are two similar 4K Back to the Future editions floating around, the Ultimate Trilogy and the 40th Anniversary Edition. Both feature the same remastered editions of the original trilogy. The two main differences, then, are that the 40th Anniversary Edition includes additional bonus content that's not included in the Ultimate Trilogy and features better quality packaging. Both editions retail for about the same price but the 40th Anniversary Edition is the only one at sale.
