This 1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS coupe was acquired by the seller’s father in 2006 after it underwent a cosmetic and mechanical refurbishment, and it has since remained under the family’s care over the past two decades. It is powered by a replacement small-block V8 linked with a Muncie four-speed manual transmission and a 10-bolt limited-slip rear axle. Further equipment includes an Edelbrock carburetor and intake, Rally Sport equipment, a rear spoiler, American Racing Torq Thrust wheels, power-assisted front disc brakes, a rear sway bar, and a Hurst shifter. The cabin is appointed with blue and white vinyl upholstery, a center console, air conditioning, and a Blaupunkt stereo receiver. This Camaro RS coupe is now offered in Texas with a car cover and a Nevada title in the seller’s name.

The car left the factory finished in Deepwater Blue (E) and was repainted with white stripes during a refurbishment completed approximately 20 years ago. Rally Sport equipment includes concealed headlights, RS badging, and reverse lights mounted below the rear bumper. Additional exterior details include simulated hood vents, a decklid spoiler, chrome rocker panel trim, and polished wheel-arch moldings.

American Racing Torq Thrust 16″ wheels are mounted with 205/65 front and 225/55 rear BFGoodrich Traction T/A tires. The car is equipped with power steering and front and rear sway bars. Braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.

The front bucket seats and rear bench have been reupholstered in blue and white vinyl with RS embroidery on the front seatbacks, and the blue dashboard wears a carpeted cover. Appointments include a center console, a Hurst shifter, air conditioning, a Blaupunkt Montreal receiver, and aftermarket speakers.

The aftermarket steering wheel frames a custom instrument bezel housing AutoMeter Pro-Comp Ultra-Lite gauges, including a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and readouts for oil pressure, coolant temperature, and voltage. The digital odometer shows 3,800 miles, and the total mileage is unknown. The speedometer and fuel-level gauge are nonfunctional.

The small-block Chevy V8 is believed to displace 350ci, and it was installed under prior ownership circa ~2006. Equipment includes an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, aluminum intake manifold, and valve covers along with aftermarket electronic ignition components, a Griffin aluminum radiator, and an Optima RedTop battery. The seller states the engine stamp pad is blank.

The seller tells us the four-speed manual transmission is a Muncie M21 close-ratio unit, and the 10-bolt rear axle is equipped with a limited-slip differential and 3.90:1 gears.
