On March 21, 1960, South African police opened fire on unarmed anti-apartheid protesters, killing dozens of men, women and children. More than six decades later, survivors and descendants of victims of the Sharpeville massacre are seeking to overturn an apartheid-era law that has barred them from seeking reparations.
