Tamil Nadu Minister Rajmohan on Thursday said any decision on changes to the ruling alliance, including speculation over the Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK) joining the front, would be taken by Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay after discussions with leaders of the parties currently part of the alliance. Mr. Rajmohan said the issue would be discussed democratically among the alliance partners before any decision is made.
