TARLAC CITY—A 17-year-old boy died after he was stabbed 17 times on the night of September 4, allegedly by four suspects, including three minors, during an altercation near the boundary of Barangays Lawy in Capas town and Armenia in this city.  The victim, identified only as Rjhay, died from stab wounds to his back, neck, head, and flank, reports gathered by the Inquirer showed.
