If there's one thing we've learned from Refinery29 readers' shopping habits, it's that you love a good brand collaboration (just like us). But among a sea of new partnerships, it can be hard to fish out the best of the best collabs. That's why we're stepping in, sharing the best beauty and fashion partnerships worth carting up.

This week, there are several exciting launches from reader-favorite retailers like Anthropologie and Asos. There's specifically a focus on fall staples, from denim essentials and barn jackets to fall nail colors.

Ahead, you can also cart up still-in-stock styles from last week's biggest drops — like Paris Hilton x Loop and Abercrombie & Fitch x NHL, featuring concert accessories and game-day outfits. (And keep your eyes peeled, because we'll be dropping many more collaborations here as soon as we can!)

All linked products are independently selected by our editors. If you purchase any of these products, we may earn a commission.

After modeling for Topshop and starring in campaigns for the British brand as far back as 2010, Cara Delevingne is the quintessential Topshop icon. But as of August 24, this is the first time she's co-created a collection with the brand. Her cool 16-piece capsule collection features denim staples (including trendy Bermuda shorts) and versatile tops meant to be layered and mixed and matched.

These off-duty model styles are available to purchase exclusive on Asos' website in the US.

The sweetest collab just dropped. On August 25, dessert brand Magnolia Bakery translated some of its viral treats into Londontown nail polish shades. Inspired by banana pudding, confetti cake, double-fudge brownies, and red velvet cupcakes, many of the shades are the top fall nail color trends (like chocolate fudge, berry jelly, and frosted pink). But for the most bang for your buck, consider the set, which features polish, cuticle oil, a claw clip, and a cupcake bag charm.

Following Loop's recent viral collaborations with Coachella, Harry Styles' Pleasing brand, and more, this is the first time the brand has partnered with an individual artist. And rather than just protecting your ears at concerts, this pair is inspired by Hilton living with ADHD and wanting to stay connected while tuning down background noise.

I may be biased because e.l.f. and Bubble are my most-used skincare and makeup products, but I think this is the most perfect partnership of the week. The brand's have taken the popular consumer behavior of mixing skincare and makeup products together by actually combining e.l.f.'s and Bubble's bestselling products to cut out that step. The collection therefore features a bronzing moisturizer, lightweight blush serum, and a glossy lip serum, each available in three shades and each under $20.

The viral beauty collab dropped on both e.l.f.'s website and Bubble's website on August 6 along with Target's site, and some products are still available to purchase!
