The Toyota GR Supra officially ended production in March of this year with a Final Edition as an appropriate sendoff. With that, the Japanese car manufacturer announced that the last unit from the assembly line will be auctioned, with proceeds going to Reach Out WorldWide (ROWW), a non-profit organization specializing in disaster relief, founded by the late Paul Walker.
Made for the last 1,500 units, the GR Supra Final Edition received improved suspension, a stiffer chassis, aerodynamic upgrades, and better brake components. The Japanese and European markets got an upgraded six-cylinder engine producing 429hp and 569Nm of torque, while the US got the standard 382hp and 500Nm package.

It came in matte black with red accents on the mirrors, the GR logo on the rear quarter panel, and a carbon rear wing. The interior also got a sportier treatment with Alcantara and leather seats, red contrast stitching, red seat belts, and a leather-wrapped shift knob with red accents. Most importantly, it was still made available with a six-speed manual transmission.

The specific unit up for auction is the ‘Final Edition of Final Editions’ and was donated to ROWW by Toyota North America. It features a commemorative VIN ending in ‘99999,’ a GT4 Style Pack finished in Phantom Gray, and is signed by Akio Toyoda himself. This ultimate Final Edition comes with a manual transmission and retains the 382hp turbocharged inline-six.

The public sale will be held in January 2027 through auction house Barrett-Jackson. The company also handled the auction of the first GR Supra in 2020, where it sold for $2.1 million. Additionally, Barrett-Jackson has also worked with the Walker family, handling several auctions for ROWW.
