If you’re planning on investing in the iPhone Duo, here’s a question for you: Are you putting it in a case? I mean, it’s Apple’s most expensive phone. It would seem prudent to protect your investment. And now that Apple’s folding iPhone is real, case manufacturers will begin releasing cases for it, so you can pick one out when you get your iPhone Duo in October.
If you’re a longtime Apple fan, one case you might want to consider is one from Spigen. The company posted a concept for an iPhone Duo case that is inspired by the iBook, the colorful clamshell-shaped laptop that Apple released way back in 1999. The idea is that you can protect your iPhone Duo with a plastic white and Blureberry/Tangerine/Key Lime shell that is reminiscent of the iBook.

In a follow-up post, Spigen said the case is a “concept for now but who knows 👀,” so if you want this, you need to let them know.
Spigen has teased other retro concepts before. In February, it posted a concept for a “1984” beige MacBook case with an impression that symbolizes the floppy drive, and the bottom of the case has Apple’s classic script “hello” etched into the center. But Spigen doesn’t have such a product on its website, though it’s only been seven months since it posted the idea.
