I’m rewatching Freaks and Geeks and holy crap there are at least 50 future movie stars in it before they were big. The casting in this show was… spooky. You’ve got Linda Cardellini, John Francis Daly, James Franco, Jason Segel, Busy Philips, James Franco, Seth Rogen, Rashids Jones, Leslie Mann, Lizzy Caplan, Shia LeFuckwit, Ann Dowd, Jason Schwartzman, Ben Foster (Eli!), David “Fucktard” Krumholtz, Joanna Garcia, Matt Czuchry, Samaire Armstrong, Kayla Ewell, Nemo, Mike White…
Any other older shows that are renowned for the amount of future stars in them?
Only other ones I can think of that comes close to the amount Freaks and Geeks offers is Gilmore Girls. (That one had: Melissa McCarthy, Rami Malek, Jon Hamm, Nick Offerman, Seth McFarlane, Alex Borstein, Adam Brody, Chad Michael Murray, Milo Ventimiglia, Jared Padalecki, Matt Czuchry, Krysten Ritter, Danny Pudi, Winston Schmidt, Brandon Routh, Jane Lynch, Victoria Justice, Arielle Kebbel, Mary Lynn Rajskub, Mädchen Amick… Don’t get me started on the revival, either.)
