The US House of Representatives on Wednesday held billionaire investor Leon Black in contempt of Congress for defying two subpoenas in its investigation into sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The measure passed by unanimous consent and will be referred to the Justice Department, which will decide whether to pursue criminal charges.
