"It's the end of middle management as we know it!" Republic Pictures revealed an official trailer for Long Haired Businessmen: The Movie, a new film from the cult fave series Long Haired Businessmen from Funny or Die. The comedy series launched in 2013 and has been running for years but after a break they're back with this fresh comedy event. In this movie, three overconfident team leaders face a wake-up call when put in charge of a younger team after downsizing. Realizing they're behind the times, they race to adapt and impress their new boss. Starring the original trio: George Kareman (as Seth), Patrick O'Brien (as Kyle), & Ben Wietmarschen (as Kevin). The cast also features Rhys Darby (as Lodestar), Edi Patterson (as Magistrate), Marlene Forte (as Fran), James Saito (as Martin), Judy Reyes (as Val), and Dean Norris (as Torrence). The middle managers will face new Gen-Z team members and a job-stealing AI, armed with corporate jargon and one truth: weekends aren't long enough. Yeppp. This looks hilarious! Sure it's just an extension of the series, but this is the kind of wacky fun creative comedy I'd like to watch more of nowadays. // Continue Reading ›
