I’m very bummed about this and hope you guys can explain. I couldn’t find anything in Chess.com support. I’m a beginner with a very low elo (in the 100s). I just played s/o with about 20 points more than me. I won (with my first back rank cm…yay!) yet they received 1 point (for losing) and I received nothing.
I don’t understand. It was a normal, honest game. No indication of cheating on either side. I’ve been on a losing streak due to extreme anxiety when playing, but still, the highest elo I’ve had was 350. (On the way down from the 700 I started with.)
It’s not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but my first legit win that wasn’t from abandonment or resignation deserves some recognition. IMO anyway. :( Anyone there I can appeal to?
