"Wrexham have been fined £75,000, of which £25,000 is suspended for fielding two ineligible players.
- Issa Kabore didn't have work permit when he was sub vs Birmingham [Lost 2-1]
- Callum O'Hare was not officially registered when he was unused sub vs Millwall [Won 3-0]"
From Rich Fay(Wrexham reporter), on Twitter.
I mean, that's just an all round fuck up. We've got no club secretary at the moment. Lucky we lost vs Brum and that Callum didn't play against Millwall or a likely points deduction
Ruling text - Following discussions between the EFL and the Club and in consideration of : 4.2.1 the C lub’s engagement, early admissions and insight into its failings ; 4.2.2 the fact that it had the correct documents for Kabore (despite not uploading them on time) for him to be eligible for the BCFC Fixture; 4.2.3 that COH did not feature in the MFC Fixture ; and 4.2.4 the Club is taking clear steps to prevent such issues from occurring in the future Ruling
