Further, Diane and Nikki appear to have a tense conversation at Society amid the Jabot/Vibrante rivalry. “I am more than capable of defending what’s mine,” Diane boldly warns Nikki. “Are we still talking about your company? I don’t think so,” Nikki replies, hinting at Diane’s jealousy of her friendship with Jack. Moreover, Nikki makes it clear, “This is going to be a battle.”
